**Exciting Update from Axis Forensic Toxicology**

We are delighted to inform you of an important update to our testing panels, effective September 28, 2026.

In our continued effort to provide the most comprehensive and relevant test offerings, we are pleased to announce our new 13310: Kratom Alkaloids Panel, Blood. This new panel will be offered as a confirmation option of Analyte Assurance™ with our 70510: Comprehensive Panel with Analyte Assurance™, Blood, as well as a standalone directed test, if desired.

The compounds included in 13310: Kratom Alkaloids Panel are:

• Mitragynine
• 7-Hydroxymitragynine
• Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl
• Dihydro-7-Hydroxymitragynine (MGM-15)
• 10-Fluoro Dihydro-7-Hydroxymitragynine (MGM-16)

Please note that MGM-15 and MGM-16 will not initially be screened in the 70510: Comprehensive Panel with Analyte Assurance™ , but will be included when the 13310 panel is ordered. Screening for these compounds will be incorporated into the 70510: Comprehensive Panel with Analyte Assurance™ in a future update.

Please also note that these compounds are reported QUANTITATIVELY in blood and may be reported QUALITATIVELY in alternate matrices such as Urine, Vitreous, Tissue, and Fluid.
